Refund and Returns Policy

The customer is responsible for checking the products before installing and Best Digital Lock Pte Ltd reserves our rights to reject the warranty claim if the customer fails to check the products.

The customer has the right to refuse to receive the products in the following cases: product shape, colour, size or code is not the same as the product which is selected and billed from Go Digital Lock Pte Ltd and also the product is scratched or damaged.

Missing product parts or accessories, if any, will be delivered to the customer without a shipping fee subject to the conditions of request. In some cases, the customer will have to come in-store to collect the missing items.

If you have any questions or complaints before and after receiving/installing the product, please contact Go Digital Lock Pte Ltd showroom sales to be resolved in accordance with Singapore’s Product Return Policy, Product Warranty & Maintenance Policy.

In case the return period is expired, or the products are ineligible for return, the warranty policy will be applied per Go Digital Lock Pte Ltd current warranty regulations.

The return policy period will be counted from the time of purchase when the customer receives a product from Go Digital Lock Pte Ltd.

Any product that got at Free Gifts or Special offers cannot be exchanged or returned.

The return policy on Go Digital Lock Pte Ltd only is applied when the products meet the following conditions:

The products are unused with full accessories.
The products remain seals, labels, and tags and unpacked.
Acceptance return period: Within 7 days from the delivery date.
